Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Backing Pad Required: These are fiber sanding discs and must be mounted on a matching 115mm or 125mm flexible rubber or rigid plastic backing pad before being secured to the angle grinder spindle.

• Angle of Operation: Maintain a shallow angle of 10° to 15° relative to the workpiece. Grinding completely flat can cause gouging, while grinding too steeply will wear out the edge prematurely.

• Speed Verification: Ensure your angle grinder's maximum operating speed does not exceed the structural limits of the disc and backing pad assembly.

• Mandatory PPE: Working on stone and iron produces high-velocity sparks and toxic crystalline silica dust. A P3-rated respirator mask, safety goggles, heavy gloves, and hearing protection are strictly required.
