Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Dust Control: Grinding masonry dry generates highly toxic silica dust. It is highly recommended to use these wheels alongside an angle grinder dust shroud connected to an industrial vacuum.

• Technique: Maintain a flat, parallel angle relative to the surface. Avoid tilting the cup wheel on its edge, as this can gouge the material and cause uneven segment wear.

• Tool Pressure: Allow the high RPM of the grinder to do the work. Applying excessive downward pressure will only overheat the tool motor and glaze the diamond segments.

• Mandatory PPE: Always wear impact-resistant safety goggles, a heavy-duty P3/N95 respirator mask, hearing protection, and protective footwear.
