Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Grinding Angle: Keep the grinder at a low angle (0° to 15°) relative to the flat surface. Forcing a flat disc onto its sharp edge at a high angle will strip the flaps prematurely.

• RPM Safety: Verify that your angle grinder does not exceed the maximum RPM rating safety limit stamped on the disc (13,300 RPM for 115mm / 12,200 RPM for 125mm).

• PPE Mandatory: Grinding generates airborne metal dust and high-velocity sparks. Always wear approved safety goggles, heavy gloves, a dust mask, and hearing protection.
