The GK POWER T27 series (commonly known as "Grinding Stones") is engineered for heavy-duty surface grinding, weld-seam leveling, and edge chamfering on steel and ferrous metals. With a robust 6.0mm thickness and a depressed center, these discs are built to withstand high lateral pressure. Utilizing the A 24 R BF specification (Aluminum Oxide), they provide a high stock removal rate and long service life, making them the standard choice for fabrication shops and industrial maintenance.

• A 24 Coarse Grit Performance: The high-quality Aluminum Oxide (A) grains are specifically sized for aggressive grinding. This ensures that the disc "bites" into the metal effectively, removing slag, rust, and excess weld material quickly.

• Depressed Center (Type 27): The recessed hub design allows the disc to be used at a shallow angle (15°–30°) without the locking nut coming into contact with the workpiece, ensuring a smooth, flush finish.

• 80M/S High-Speed Safety: Reinforced with high-tensile fiberglass layers, these discs are fully rated for professional high-speed angle grinders, providing maximum operator safety against disc breakage.

• Long Service Life (BF Bond): The advanced resinoid bond (BF) keeps the abrasive grains in place longer, ensuring the disc maintains its shape and grinding efficiency even under heavy friction and heat.

• Versatile Metal Compatibility: Ideal for structural steel, carbon steel, iron, and weld points.

Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Angle of Attack: For optimal performance and safety, maintain an angle of 15° to 30° relative to the workpiece. Grinding at a flat (0°) angle can cause uneven wear and reduced control.

• Visual Inspection: Check for any signs of moisture damage, oil contamination, or physical chips before mounting.

• Mounting: Ensure the depressed center is correctly seated on the grinder's flange and that the safety guard is properly positioned to deflect sparks away from the body.

• Mandatory PPE: Grinding produces high-velocity sparks and metal dust. Always wear safety goggles, heavy-duty gloves, a dust mask, and hearing protection.
