The GK POWER T41 Industrial Series represents a range of large-diameter cutting wheels engineered specifically for heavy-duty stationary chop saws and floor-mounted cut-off machines. With a 3.0mm thickness and reinforced construction, these wheels are designed to tackle thick metal profiles, solid bars, and heavy-duty structural steel. Utilizing high-grade Aluminum Oxide (A) and a professional resinoid bond (BF), they provide the necessary stability and aggressive cutting action required for industrial workshops and construction sites.

• Industrial Grit (A 30): The coarse 30-grit aluminum oxide is optimized for rapid penetration of dense metals. This ensures fast cycles and reduces the time needed for repetitive cuts in production environments.

• Double-Reinforced Safety: Given the high centrifugal forces of 355mm and 400mm wheels, these are built with internal high-tensile fiberglass mesh. They are fully rated for 80m/s peripheral velocity to ensure maximum structural integrity.

• 25.4mm (1 inch) Bore: Engineered to fit the standard spindle size of most major professional stationary saws (DeWalt, Bosch, Makita, etc.).

• Minimal Material Drift: The 3.0mm thickness provides the perfect balance between cutting speed and disc rigidity, preventing the wheel from "wandering" or bending during deep cuts in heavy steel.

• Low Burring: Formulated to leave a clean, straight edge, significantly reducing the secondary work needed for welding or assembly.

Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Machine Compatibility: Ensure your stationary saw is rated for the diameter of the wheel (e.g., do not attempt to fit a 400mm wheel on a machine designed for 355mm).

• Workpiece Stability: Always use the machine’s vice to secure the metal workpiece firmly. Never attempt to hold the material by hand during a cut.

• Proper Cooling: Allow the wheel to "breathe" between heavy cuts to prevent thermal glazing of the abrasive surface.

• PPE Mandatory: Chop saws produce a high volume of sparks and metal dust. Full face shields, hearing protection, and fire-retardant clothing are essential.
