• Technique: Maintain a strict 90-degree angle relative to the masonry surface. This disc is thick but is strictly engineered for cutting only—never use it for face-grinding or deburring.

• Grinder Guard: Never operate a 230mm angle grinder without its structural steel guard correctly adjusted to redirect flying sparks and dust away from the body.

• PPE Mandatory: Cutting masonry dry releases dense, high-velocity grit and harmful dust particles. A P3/N95 respirator mask, sealed safety goggles, heavy gloves, and hearing protection are strictly required.
