• Cooling: While designed for high-performance dry cutting, using water will significantly extend the life of the diamond segments and virtually eliminate silica dust.

• Feed Pressure: Allow the weight of the 9-inch grinder to provide the cutting pressure. Forcing the blade can cause the diamond matrix to "glaze" or the core to overheat.

• Mounting: Ensure the mounting flanges are clean and the blade is installed in the correct direction of rotation.

• PPE Mandatory: Cutting stone creates high-velocity debris and hazardous dust. A P3-rated respirator, safety goggles, and hearing protection are strictly required.
