Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Mounting: Ensure the disc is perfectly centered on the 22.23mm spindle and that the grinder's safety guard is properly adjusted.

• Technique: Maintain a steady 90-degree angle to the workpiece. Because of the 3.2mm thickness, apply firm, even pressure without forcing the tool.

• PPE: Cutting thick metal generates high-volume sparks and debris. Always wear safety goggles, heavy-duty gloves, a dust mask, and hearing protection.

• Constraint: This disc is designed for cutting. While thicker than precision blades, it should not be used for heavy surface grinding.
