Safety & Usage Instructions:

• Mounting: Ensure the grinder's 22.23mm spindle flange is completely clean before mounting the disc. Secure the locking nut firmly.

• Cutting Technique: Maintain a strict 90-degree angle to the workpiece. Let the sharp silicon carbide grains pull themselves through the material—avoid applying excessive downward pressure, which can overheat the tool's motor.

• Constraint: This is a cutting disc only. Despite its heavy 3.2mm profile, it is strictly forbidden to use the face of the disc for surface grinding or deburring.

• PPE Mandatory: Cutting masonry releases dense, harmful crystalline silica dust and sharp stone chips. A high-quality respirator mask (P2/P3), sealed safety goggles, heavy-duty gloves, and hearing protection are strictly required.
